Polish-Scottish Mini Festival 2025: Strachy Na Lachy

Strachy Na Lachy is a formation established in 2001 by Grabaż and Kozak, the founders of ‘Pidżama Porno’. The first line-up was completed by bassist Lo and guitarist Mariusz Nalepa. In 2003, the group signed a record deal with the independent record company SP Records. The group was joined by Kuzyn – drums and Anem – keyboards. In December of the same year, the debut album “Strachy Na Lachy” was released.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Grabaż wrote new songs that make up the latest Strachy album “Piekło”. The album was produced by Sławek Pietrzak and Andrzej Izzy Izdebski. The album slightly changed the band’s previous sound. There are many more electronic sounds and keyboards on the album than guitars. ‘’Piekło’’ is promoted by two clips directed by Sławek Pietrzak – „Niebotyczne niebowstąpienie” oraz „Zachmurzony w tobie”. The album premiered on October 1, 2021. The author of the cover was Andrzej Pągowski.
