Queen Colobus - Single Launch

Queen Colobus launch the first single, Dandelion, from their upcoming EP. In the intimate setting of Servant Jazz Quarters, Queen Colobus will celebrate Dandelion’s release as well as unveiling songs from the new EP and playing old favourites.

Queen Colobus’ "boundless creativity" (CLASH) weaves a sound that is both soothing and head-banging in equal measure. Their devastatingly honest lyrics and rage-filled riffs fuel their more-ish songs. Led by Welsh saxophonist and vocalist Beth Hopkins, the band features Morgan Rickman (guitar), Will Heaton (bass), and Adam Skinner (drums). Queen Colobus’ intricate musicianship and tight-knit friendship empower their joyful and cathartic shows, selling out prestigious venues including Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room and gaining support from industry tastemakers such as BBC 6Music and CLASH.
