Thanks for getting in touch. We are compiling names at the moment and hope to have auditions at the end of Jan, or early Feb, possibly in the Milton Keynes area. For us it's also about the vibe/chemistry/ personality etc... as we spend a lot of time with each other and want the right 'fit'as a full-time member.
