Raw & Natural with Kevin Sheridan of Sheridans Cheesemongers

As part of NI Science Festival, Kevin will host a special Raw Cheese and Natural Wine evening on Saturday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm. You will be treated to a selection of Irish raw milk cheeses matched with natural wines. Kevin will chat through the wines and cheeses as we taste them and explore the role of micro flora in the development of flavour & aroma in these fermented foods. The atmosphere will be fun and educational. This sumptuous taste & talk will be followed my music from the highly acclaimed Andy & Jan Oliver.
