Rent - Hull University Performing Arts Society

Details

"Set in the East Village of New York City in 1990, Jonathon Larson's RENT is about falling in love, finding your voice and living for today. RENT follows a year in the life of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create under the shadow of HIV/AIDS, all whilst trying to pay their rent. How these young bohemians negotiate their dreams, loves and conflicts provides the narrative thread to this ground breaking musical. Featuring hit songs such as Seasons of Love, Take Me or Leave Me, Out Tonight, and One Song Glory!"
