Retrowaves is the brainchild of Dutch duo Jasper and Berend, childhood friends turned dancefloor alchemists.

With a musical journey that began at just six years old-Jasper behind the drums, Berend wielding the trumpet-their sound is as rich and dynamic as their instrumental repertoire, spanning piano, guitar, bass, cajon, and marimba.

Since officially launching Retrowaves in 2022, they’ve been on a mission to fuse surf-infused electronic sounds with house music, crafting a sound that’s sun-drenched, euphoric, and primed for movement.

Expect shimmering melodies, deep rhythms, and a touch of retro nostalgia-think classic beachside escapism meets the pulse of a club at dawn.
