REYKO

REYKO is a London based duo formed by the spaniards Soleil and Igor. Just like their backgrounds, the duo's music is an eclectic combination of memorable pop songs and melodies, sang by Soleil with her unique, recognisable hush voice, and Igor's productions that range from electro beats to post-punk and indie guitars.

REYKO started out as the final project for a master degree in music production, which led Soleil and Igor to post their first songs on Soundcloud. The duo almost immediately enjoyed success when various songs found their place on commercials, series and soundtracks, which quickly gave REYKO wide exposure. That led to Soleil's and Igor's critically acclaimed self-titled debut album, released in early '20, that consolidated the duo as a band with loyal following. The album, a mix of Soleil's hush vocals that breeze on top of Igor's digital basses, electro beats and sparse guitars, to date enjoys millions of streams and a handful of viral songs that can be heard on commercials and series.

As soon as the world stopped in 2020, REYKO decided to make a 2nd album that would complement their debut by showing the opposite side of their music. Following their dreamy, introspective and downtempo debut, REYKO released “Pulse”, an album that borrows from post-punk and electroclash, and is urgent, immediate and has a driving energy that is asking to be played in front of people.
