Ripping Yarms Comedy Club welcomes Chester comedian Danny McLoughlin when he comes to Yarm as MC. His quick wit and sharp material has seen Danny firmly establish himself as a sought after act on any stand up bill.
Also on stage is 24 year old Abi Clarke who shot to fame in 2020 thanks to her relatable videos and comedy skits on TikTok. MC Hammersmith brings his award winning hip hop comedy tracks and performs improvised freestyle rap comedy where he bases on audience suggestions.
For this evening's headliner, we'd like to welcome on stage, Dylan Moran. Dylan starred in the BBC sitcom, How Do You Want Me? (1998), and - more importantly - in 2000, he was commissioned by Channel Four for the sitcom, Black Books (2000). He wrote and starred in three 6-episode series of this comedy. Co-starring popular British stand-up comedian Bill Bailey.
Dylan's live stand-up comedy is unique in that it merges two strands of stand-up that seemed incompatible for a long time: sharp observational humour, and surreal and fantastical language-based absurdity.
