An incredible two hour fitness class, set to a haunting track-list of rock and metal songs, Rockfit is a combination of cardio, body toning and dance suitable for all fitness levels, all abilities and all music tastes. All you need is a bottle of water, comfortable shoes, and comfortable clothing (fancy dress heavily encouraged).
