Ruth Moody, an award-winning singer-songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba, is known for her ethereal soprano voice and captivating songwriting. As a solo artist and founding member of The Wailin’ Jennys, she has won two JUNO Awards and performed in sold-out venues worldwide.

Her self-written album, recorded at Sound Emporium in Nashville, was co-produced with Dan Knobler and mixed by Tucker Martine. Featuring her favourite musicians, the album showcases ten deeply personal songs that reflect Moody’s inner world, with a focus on honest and present performances, creating a transcendent musical experience.

Hushman, led by Ewan MacPherson (Shooglenifty, Salt House), blends folk/trad with lo-fi electronics. His debut album, released on Hudson Records in November 2022, was praised by KLOF Magazine. Collaborators include Hannah Read, award-winning multi-instrumentalist, and Magnus Lundmark, renowned Swedish percussionist. Songlines calls Read “utterly gripping.”
