We invite you to celebrate the new year in style with Samedia. Following 3 fantastic sold out Hogmanay parties, we bring back the legendary Hogmanay Tropical Soundclash for more uplifting, conscious, high energy global sounds for the dancefloor.

This year we invite - from Senegal - SAMBA SENE & DIWAN - a spicy stew of afrobeat, soul, reggae and blues flavours skillfully fronted by former Baaba Maal protege Samba Sene and his phenomenal band of talented musicians to play a full live set.

On the decks, one of Edinburgh's hottest new selectors - originally from Uganda - DJ RAWZI - brings a skillful selection of fresh dancehall and afrobeats cuts to get the place grooving nicely after the bells.

And as always, opening and closing the party, the SAMEDIA DJs bring their highly crafted blend of global club cuts taking in Brazil, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

This NYE party is well know for attracting a lovely crowd from all over the world to enjoy a great dance away from the drunken madness of the streets and other venues. We invite you to join us in a spirit of dancefloor unity and musical celebration.

Once you arrive and get your wristband, you are free to leave and come back if you wish, before 2.30am.
