Sarah Stenton is all about trying to embrace aging and the menopause by using humour. She started writing blogs on her successful Facebook page, Middle Age Madness, in 2018, and has now amassed over 55,000 followers.

Six years and two books later, Sarah decided to take her comedy show on the road in early 2024, has travelled all round the UK receiving amazing feedback, leading to being featured on Radio Shropshire, BBC Radio and Greatest Hits Radio.
