Join us in celebrating the work of schools who participated in our School in Residence programme in 2024.

Throughout the Summer holidays we are displaying artwork from four local schools who have been part of our School in Residence programme. Over five weeks, pupils had the opportunity to explore the gallery’s collection as well our temporary exhibition, The Shape of Things: Still Life in Britain. Schools in Residence this year included:

 Parklands Community Primary School
 Rose Green Junior School
 Warblington School
 Portchester Community School

Come and see the fantastic work that they have created! Visiting the exhibition is free and can be found in the Studio on the ground floor during the Summer holidays. There will also be a free self-guided clay making opportunity for families [https://pallant.org.uk/whats-on/self-guided-still-life-with-clay-5/], which is inspired by contemporary artist Phoebe Cummings’ artwork [https://pallant.org.uk/whats-on/phoebe-cummings-i-hear-myself-with-my-throat/] currently exhibiting in our historic house.

The generous support of The Eridge Trust ensures we are able to provide this as a fully-funded, completely free opportunity for participating schools.
