For over 40 years the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra have been bringing the beauty and heritage of Scotland’s traditional music to audiences across the globe. The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra is a renowned traditional orchestra that performs toe-tapping performances that celebrate the rich heritage of Scottish music. Music lovers of all ages can expect to enjoy toe-tapping reels and jigs, lively strathspeys and marches, and poignant slow airs performed by the skilled members of one of Scotland’s foremost traditional music organisations.

The 90-strong orchestra, led by conductor Blair Parham, will perform audience favourites and share the stage with talented mezzo-soprano, Colette Ruddy, bringing together an evening of world-class entertainment which is perfect for the whole family.

The orchestra, which has promoted traditional Scottish music for more than 40 years, is looking forward to starting the Hogmanay celebrations in style at the Usher Hall!
