An ‘edible seashore’ foray to discover how to identify, harvest and prepare nutritious edible seaweeds. There is a wonderful feast of seaweeds off our shores and this part of Earrach after the Spring Equinox is ‘seaweed spring’ when they are at their tastiest and most succulent. This course has an early start, but the low tides are early in April and we want to make the most of the new growth seaweed at low tide.
