Details

Tales Tattled & Told is honoured to present storyteller and peace worker Sef Townsend.

From his own research in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America Sef brings 'Worlds Apart!': stories from four completely different worlds - but maybe underneath it all, they are not so different. Stories are told the world over , but they are all tinged with their own particular flavour. From the deserts, mountains and swamps of América Latina; from his travels in both North and South of Korea, to traditional stories from the Arab world, North Africa and closer to home, he brings stories which locals in all corners of this remarkable world have told him they should be: earthy tales full of fun, satire, instruction and wisdom. And no doubt he'll bring some of that flavour with him.

Hosted by Lynette Hill. With more stories from Steve Dimmer, Richard York, Stella Girvin, Stephen Hobbs and Pete Boyce. And the music of Ingrida.

This evening of storytelling and acoustic music by and for adults is intended for ages 16 and older.

Tickets are £6 online through WeGotTickets.com and £8 at the door. Doors open at 7 pm for a 7:30 pm start.
