SFF 2024 - Ceilidh Dance

Formed in 2023 during their studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Ruckus Ceilidh Band will bring their driving passion for traditional music to the dancefloor, wherever you are.

Abbie Nye (fiddle), Ruairidh Mackay (fiddle), Ruby Whitaker (Piano) and Rory Carter (Bodhran and Mandolin) carry years of experience performing professionally, both nationally and internationally. From the Highlands to Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, Ruckus have already spread their music across Scotland; continually mastering their craft individually to bring vibrant energy to each performance.
