In 1908 A historical Pageant was produced in Pevensey - There were some 2000 performers (and 100 horses !) and 21 thousand visitors. A whole book of music was written for the pageant - two songs by special permission Rudyard Kipling who also attended one of the four performances. They have in the most not been heard since 1908. Come and join this singing workshop which will be followed by a short informal concert. Its FREE and refreshments will be provided. Arrive 1.30 for registration - singing with breaks and followed at end by a mini concert for family friends and anyone who want to attend ! The workshop will be led by Susannah Appleyard (singing teacher and soprano) and Debbie Warren (Hastings Soundwaves Choir). ​
