Sleeping Beauty

When the King and Queen of Slumberland have a baby daughter they are over the moon and throw an extravagant party to celebrate her christening. Everyone in the kingdom is invited, all except the wicked fairy, Maleficent. When the time comes for the three good fairies to present the new Princess with their gifts, Maleficent storms in with a surprise of her own. She puts a curse on the Princess, on her eighteenth birthday, she will prick her finger on a spindle and die. But one fairy still has her gift to give and although she cannot prevent the curse, she can change it. The good fairy declares that Aurora will not die, but instead she will fall asleep for one hundred years, after which time she will be awakened by a Prince with true love's kiss…… A very funny pantomime packed with laughs, songs and dancing. Great for all ages, a timeless classic.
