Details
Slime City play fast, existential nerd rock for 'people who like both sighing and fighting'.
Following their debut single 'Less Jools More Top Of The Pops', a track about the gentrification of music, they released four DIY singles, including 'Dial-up Internet Is The Purest Internet', and 'You & Everybody That You Love Will One Day Die' (called 'Sound of the summer' by BBC Radio 1 Scotland).
After sold out headline shows in Glasgow, London, and Bristol, they toured with cult rock legends Mclusky and 90s DIY icons Bis before releasing their debut album in 2023, which peaked at number 5 in the Official Scottish Album Charts.
