Sound Trail With Fredrik Holm

Join local musician and sound therapist Fredrik Holm on a guided tour around Lancaster city centre in search of sound.

This fun and yet profound sound journey offers you a completely new way to explore Lancaster and might very well include a series of mind-blowing insights about life in general.

Starting and finishing at the Storey you will be led to various locations where you will be given sound related tasks. Like a detective, you will explore a number of ways to listen to the sounds around you. You will also be asked to investigate your own reactions to what you hear.

This activity is suitable for all ages from 7 upwards.

Meet at the reception desk in The Storey building on Meeting House Lane. This is an outdoor activity so please wear suitable walking shoes and clothing for inclement weather.
