Stirling 900 Concert Fundraiser

Join us for a memorable evening of entertainment as we celebrate the 900th anniversary of the Royal Burgh of Stirling! The Stirling 900 Concert promises a wonderful night of music at Stirling Castle, featuring the Capital Concert Band, Slideshow Trombone Quartet, and performances by Laura Fyfe, David Kinnaird, and Catherine Duncan. Proceeds from this fundrasier event will support the annual ‘Walking the Marches,’ which relies solely on community funding.

This event is organised by the Walking of the Marches, with support from Stirling District Tourism, to promote the Stirling 900 events. The fundraiser concert will support the annual Walking of the Marches parade, a tradition of inspecting and protecting the boundaries that dates back to the 12th century, and possibly even earlier.
