A lovely double bass summer music recital by William Blake alongside a Yorkshire Tapas Lunch served.
William Blake is a Beverley born musician/composer who has been immersed in music since childhood. After taking up the electric bass as a child, William switched to the double bass as a teenager and played for many years in ensembles of widely varied size and genre, before recently joining the Hull Philharmonic Orchestra.
Music: 12 Waltzes of Domenico Dragonetti. A cycle of short waltzes for double bass composed in London 1840.
