The 2:19

Join us in The American Bar at 14.00 on Saturday 1st October when Belfast Roots Rock band The 2:19 will be performing a very special, stripped down showcase of the songs which make up their debut album Revelator, as well as some brand new songs from their upcoming second album.

The band was conceived in October 2019 when Paul Wilkinson, lead guitarist, approached singer Chris Chalmers after a set with another band. Although they didn't all know each other at the time, five of the six band members were in attendance that day. Approximately two years and several lockdowns later, their debut album, Revelator, was released in November 2021.

The album has received significant radio play locally, as well as across Great Britain, Europe and even the US and South America. Revelator has scored as high as no 5 on the UK IBBA Blues Album charts and it continues to win over new fans across the globe.

The band has recently played a string of dates, including a sold out show at The American Bar and a performance in the semi-finals of the 2022 European Blues Challenge at Arthur's in Dublin.
