The Dundee Championship Cat Show

The annual Dundee Championship Cat Show takes place in the Caird Hall on Saturday 10 May 2025.There will be many beautiful and unusual cat breeds present including the ‘hairless’ Sphynx, Devon Rex, Persians, Maine Coons, Exotics, Orientals, Siamese, Ragamuffin, Siberian, Somali and many others. Increasingly popular are the classes for household pets. All cats are checked over by a vet on arrival at the hall to make sure they are in prime condition. The event is organised by Nor’ East of Scotland Cat Club and the Siamese and Oriental Cat Society of Scotland. The show is run under the auspices of The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy which sets the standard for every breed to be judged against.

In addition, the show hosts a wide variety of trade and craft stalls.
