When Claire, a priest, survives a mass shooting she sets out on a quest to answer the most difficult question of all: ‘Why?’. The Events is a journey that takes her to the edge of reason, science, politics and faith. Brought to you by Cumbernauld Theatre in association with Wonder Fools, and led by Director Jack Nurse, this is a thrilling, theatrical and visceral new staging of David Greig’s modern classic. It features an exciting collaboration between the professional cast and a Community Choir that has been specially created for the production.
