Rachel Watson rides on the same train every day. She is feeling at a very low point in her life. Her marriage has ended and she is alcohol dependent. Through the train window, she frequently watches a couple on the terrace of their house. They seem to have the perfect life; happy and in love; a life to which she aspires. Until one day, the woman - Megan Hipwell, suddenly disappears. Rachel unwittingly becomes a witness and a suspect. As she gets drawn into the investigation, this leads on to further revelations and danger for her. We accompany Rachel on her journey, as she tries to piece together the events that have transpired around her, through a haze of confused thoughts and vague memories; of people and situations. What has happened to Megan and what is Rachel’s part in the mystery? This fast-moving, psychological thriller is full of intriguing twists and turns, which will keep the audience in suspense throughout and ultimately leads to a dramatic conclusion!
