The Hare and The Moon + Lantern Workshop

Suitcase Theatre show by Eye of Newt Theatre

Performed in miniature on beautiful sets built within a vintage suitcase. The short tale, which is less than 5 minutes in duration, is told through puppetry, spoken word, and music. Children and adults alike will be charmed by this enchanting story of night skies, light and the joy of friendship.

After the show, you’ll make a beautiful oiled paper lantern to take away with you and remember the show.

This event is part of the Festival of the Moon activities supported by Blackburn BID team and Blackburn with Darwen Council. Funded by Arts Council England.

This is a bookable event – tickets are be free but capacity is limited. Please only book for the number of people who wish to participate in the lantern making workshop. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket.

Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
