The Montagues

Chester Live are delighted to be working with Telfords Warehouse again in 2020. On Friday 19th June 2020 we welcome The Montagues to headline the venue.

The Montagues are a four piece alt rock/indie band hailing from the North Wales coast. Since forming in late 2018 the band have been busy writing and recording at Orange Studios, where fellow north Walians Catfish and The Bottlemen have previously recorded. Along with CATB, Nothing But Thieves are a musical inspiration for the band, which is evident with the guitar driven melodies, accompanied by punchy bass lines and captivating vocals.

The band released their debut EP Calibrate in August 2019 and have received airplay through BBC Introducing Merseysides Dave Monks show and Adam Waltons BBC Wales show.

Its not too difficult to imagine large crowds enjoying from a big stage at one of our larger festivals Adam Walton - BBC Radio Wales
