It's 1968 and The Fab Four are at the top of the charts. In Glasgow's East End six schoolboys are about to move on to University and the university of life (or a wife!) but harbour a dream of becoming "The Sensational Six" with their love of The Beatles, The Stones and all the songs that are Top of The Pops. Songs of love's young dreams and dreamers.

Will they be Top of The Pops...or will their schoolboy ways turn their dreams into a nightmare? Will they be a hit, or will the reality of tenement life make them miss out?

Full of 60s throwbacks and 60s sounds, including original songs by the band, this is a charmingly funny and poignant, but true story.
