The Only Time Is Now

An Evening with Elsa McTaggart, Gary Lister and Special Guests. Elsa and Gary have been touring globally, Europe and the UK for over 14 years now. They never fail to delight audiences with their music, stories and laughter and when possible, special guests. Aberfeldy provides the opportunity to catch up with friends and relatives, and to bring together a special one-off performance of the year blending all the highlights from the various shows they perform on tour and blending in new and original songs and melodies on the various traditional instruments. This year Elsa has introduced the electric bagpipes to her list of stage-instruments so be prepared! Both singers and multi-instrumentalists, they span a wide spectrum of music which all stems from their traditional Scottish roots of accordion, fiddle and folk, but spreads to an eclectic mix of classic pop, rock, country, swing etc. Elsa will be performing material from her theatre shows, 'Eva Cassidy', ‘Great women of Folk’, ‘Hebridean Fire’, ‘Caledonia’ and of course some of her original compositions.
