The Oyster House

Langstone Harbour. 1913. On a lonely island sits the Oyster House, looking out over murky waters and throbbing tides. When a body is found in the mud, a series of events unfold, against a backdrop of rising tensions and the prospect of war.

This brand-new mystery drama is based on the real Oyster House which stood on the shores of Farlington Marshes for over 130 year. This in-the-round theatrical experience will tour the communities of Portsmouth and Langstone Harbours from May to June 2025.
