The Snowman Live with Wantage Band

Join the award winning, championship section Wantage Band in a family Christmas concert featuring the best festive tunes to leave you feeling more Christmassy than ever before! The concert will centre around a performance of the soundtrack to the 1982 popular short film, The Snowman along to a screening of the film itself. This is a must see for Christmas 2024 and the band can't wait to welcome you to Arlington Arts Centre, Newbury for this spectacular festive event!

Venue information:

Arlington Arts Centre is on the site of Mary Hare School, please stick to the public areas (the auditorium, foyer, grass and smoking area to the left-hand side of the venue entrance as you look at it). Please do not smoke directly outside the front doors. Doors to the venue open an hour before the performance starts, with the bar starting service at the same time. Doors to the auditorium usually open half an hour before a performance. Please note that there is no cash machine on site.

Access & Parking ACCESS TO THE SITE HAS CHANGED You will no longer be able to enter the site from the entrance opposite Snelsmore Common on the B4494. Please use the Arlington Lane entrance.
