Established in 1952, the Eider Chase takes place over 26 fences over 4 miles and half a furlong and is considered a trial for the Grand National. The gripping running in 2024 was won by Anglers Crag for Henry Brooke and Brian Ellison.

We're delighted to showcase this spectacular day of Jump racing featuring the thrilling Eider Chase once again in front of a crowd, so come on down and witness the thrills and spills of Jumps racing here at Newcastle Racecourse!
