Wish You Were Here

This printmaking exhibition features a first-rate mix of collagraphs, cyanotypes, drypoints, etchings, monoprints, screen prints and relief prints from some of Scotland’s most talented and creative printmakers at Fife Printmakers and South West Scotland Printmakers (SWSP). All the prints are made by hand and are either unique or printed in small editions.

Both Fife Printmakers and SWSP are cooperative workshops run by artists for artists. Without paid staff or central funding, both organisations rely on membership fees, courses, sales, donations and the goodwill of their members to continue offering printmaking facilities and classes.

Fife Printmakers, set up in 1980, is based in Dunfermline, while SWSP, re-established in 2020, is based in Dumfries. Members show regularly across Scotland, the UK, and internationally, and undertake commissions and workshops.
