House Drama Competition 2025

Details

Each House has been set the exciting challenge of producing a 10-minute production in in response to a Beatles song with just four weeks to rehearse. The pieces will be performed in front of an audience and will be judged by an external adjudicator, Bally Gill. Bally won the 2018 Ian Carleson Award for his performance as Romeo in the RSC’s production of Romeo and Juliet. He has done lots of TV and film work such as the BBC Drama Sherwood and more recently Slow Horses on Apple TV. He made his film debut in the adaptation of the Alan Bennett play Allelujah in the role of Dr Valentine alongside Dame Judy Dench. We would very much like your support.

Please note that tickets for events at the School are only available in advance, and that tickets are not available on the door. In the event of the evening being sold out, a waiting list will be in place and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
