Whether he’s extolling the virtues of JS Bach, honouring melodies from Ennio Morricone or getting to grips with be-bop’s Charlie Parker, Tommaso Starace is always entertaining and musically brilliant. An Italian / Australian, Tommaso has recently again made his home in London, where is very much a feature on the scene. Tommaso's infectious humour (on the sax and off) and his ability to engage with his audiences make him one of the most popular players around. We’ve booked a superb trio to perform with him - one of his favourite pianist - Frank Harrison , the ever lyrical bassist Paul Jefferies and top time-keeper Mark Whitlam on drums.
